Shipping policy
Free U.S. shipping
Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to eligible addresses within the United States. If our checkout accepts your U.S. delivery address, there is no separate standard-shipping charge.
Made-to-order production
Every item is produced after you place the order. Our production partners report that most orders leave production within 2-7 business days. Production time is separate from carrier transit time and can increase during holidays, high-volume periods, inventory delays, or a quality-control reprint.
Estimated U.S. delivery windows
The ranges below combine the typical 2-7 business-day production window with the current U.S. transit estimates for the production partners used by our existing products. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Wall tapestries: approximately 4-15 business days. Standard transit is generally 2-5 business days; economy-eligible routes can take 4-8 business days.
- Area rugs: approximately 4-12 business days with standard transit. Economy shipping may be used for eligible smaller sizes, making the wider estimate approximately 6-15 business days.
- Two-sided throw blankets: approximately 4-12 business days, including 2-5 business days of estimated U.S. transit after production.
- Tote bags: approximately 4-15 business days. Standard transit is generally 2-5 business days; economy-eligible routes can take 4-8 business days.
- 15 oz mugs: approximately 4-15 business days. Standard transit is generally 2-5 business days; economy-eligible routes can take 4-8 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories can require additional carrier time. Some of these routes may take an additional 7-12 business days.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking is sent after the carrier receives your package. Items in the same order may arrive separately when they are produced or shipped from different facilities. Carrier scans can take time to update, and weather, peak-season volume, address problems, and other events outside our control can delay delivery. Contact us if tracking appears stalled or if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.
International order?
We do not currently ship international orders through this website. International shipping is available through our Etsy shop at etsy.com/shop/inli10prints. Etsy shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other fees may apply.
